These options need to put in your .psrc file prior to running Insure.

This is what you need to do when you run.

Set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to https below the ns-httpd/bin directory
Set NS to the ns-httpd directory
Set PARALIBS to the lib.solaris directory below where insure is installed
