Program fails with summarize leaks when only linked with Insure under HP-UX
This problem occurs when a program is only linked with Insure (not
compiled) and an option like
summarize detailed leaks outstanding
is being used in the .psrc file to generate the leak
and outstanding memory block reports.
You will see the problem as your program terminates with the following error
messages.
-> foo
**Insure trapped signal: 11**
Segmentation violation
IOT trap (core dumped)
The solution is to add the option
leak_sweep off
to your .psrc file and run your program again.
