Double-clicking on a line of stack trace does not bring up the editor

Using certain window managers, double-clicking on a line of stack trace will not bring up the vi editor to show the line of source in question.

The solution is to click once on the line of the stack trace for which you would like to display the source code, and then hit the space bar. This will bring up the editor. In fact, this method works on all platforms regardless of the window manager, but is only necessary if double-clicking does not work.
