Insure tool to debug c++

Insure++ error messages are lost when sent to Insra

If there are multiple users of Insra on one machine, Insra will only accept messages from the first user. Insure++ output for the other users will be lost. The solution is to have each user use a different port to communicate with Insra.

For Insure++ 3.0.1, this is done using the INSRA_PORT environment variable. The default port is 3255, which is taken by the first user of Insra on a particular machine. The next user should set the variable to another port, e.g.

    setenv INSRA_PORT 3256
before using Insure++ or Insra. This setting can be moved into each user's .cshrc file so that each user will always use a different port.

For versions of Insure++ greater than and including 3.1, the .psrc option

    insra.port 3256
replaces the INSRA_PORT environment variable.
