Inconsistent state in mark_externally_reachable

This error appears when running your Insure-compiled executable as shown below:

  ### Inconsistent state detected in Insure runtime: mark_externally_reachable
  ### Please correct all errors reported prior to this message.
  ### If this message remains, call Tech Support at (818) 305-0041

The solution is to add the option

	insure++.leak_sweep off

to your .psrc file and run your program again.
