Insure tool to debug c++

Insure++ 3.1 for BSDI

Insure++ 3.1 for BSDI was made between the release of version 3.0.1 and the full 3.1 on all platforms, so there are some special considerations when using it. For example, all configuration options should still go in .insight files, except for the few exceptions for licensing discussed below. This includes the replacement for the INUSE environment variable
	inuse on

Licensing

The license for Insure++ goes in the .insight file. The licenses for TCA and Inuse go in the .psrc file.

Before you install licenses for TCA and Inuse, add the options

	registertool TCA 3.1
	registertool Inuse 3.1
by hand to the .psrc file.

When you install a license for TCA using pslic and then install a license for Inuse, the TCA license disappears.

The solution is to install each license separately. That is, exit pslic after adding each license. When you install the second license, the first is moved to .psrc.bak. After you have run pslic to add each license, move the license from the .psrc.bak file into the .psrc file.
