This technology allows ParaSoft representatives to collaborate with customers to remotely answer questions or demonstrate product functionality using the new 2Way ScreenSharing feature.

As part of a continued effort to improve customers’ experiences, ParaSoft extended its online support capabilities, which features DesktopStreaming technology, to its entire line of products. The Expertcity's technology allows remote users to virtually share their screen, keyboard and mouse with ParaSoft technical or sales representatives from the comfort of their own desk. The new 2Way ScreenSharing feature of DesktopStreaming technology also allows ParaSoft sales representatives to show their screen to prospects and customers, an ideal function for remote demonstrations of products and features.
